Eric Flax

Eric Flax is a long-time Hays resident and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of First Care Clinic, Inc.  Eric has 35 years of experience in accounting. His early career began in public accounting before transitioning to the private sector.  Eric worked for Kansas Natural Gas Operating LC (an oil and gas production and operating company) nearly 30 years serving in multiple capacities, most recently as KNGO’s Vice President for over five years. 

 

Eric joined Frist Care Clinic in August 2021 originally serving as its CFO.  He was selected as CEO by the Board of Directors beginning October 2022.  Eric also currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Community Cares Network of Kansas Board of Directors and as a Board Member of the Chamber of Hays.
