Community Service Program (CSP) Pledge Form

To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this letter as a formal pledge of support for First Call for Help of Ellis County and its application for Kansas Community Service Program (CSP) Tax Credits.

I/We, hereby pledge (minimum of $250) to First Call for Help of Ellis County, contingent upon the organization receiving an award of CSP tax credits.

This contribution will support First Call for Help in Hays, Kansas, including the construction, acquisition, renovation, site preparation, and associated improvements necessary to establish and enhance its facility. Funds will help support the development, construction or renovation, furnishing, and equipping of the facility, creating a welcoming, functional space that will allow First Call for Help to expand and enhance the services it provides to individuals, families, and the surrounding community.

I/We understand that this pledge is contingent upon the award of CSP tax credits and that final contribution arrangements will be completed in accordance with CSP requirements. This letter is intended to demonstrate my/our commitment to supporting this important community project.
